GoTop publishes the procedure end to end: what happens in the first conversation, which machine cuts the case, what grade the assembly room is held at and why, which six tests each batch goes through, and what still gets done after the watch is finished. It runs across nine pages that each open with the same menu. Here it runs once, in order.

The room the watch is closed in
GoTop is the only factory in this batch that explains its cleanroom by comparison rather than by adjective. Their own words:
Compared to a 1000 grade environment, the 100,000 needs much greater levels of environmental controls, including carefully monitored humidity levels, with a clean sheet enclosure that included entry and exit point sealing and purification along with decontamination shower facilities for both personal and goods entering and exiting the environment.
And why it is worth the trouble: high-precision watch movements are crafted with such fine tolerances, even a small speck of dust can interfere with watch performance.
The paperwork, as published
Four documents GoTop puts on its own site. Three carry the name GOTOP INDUSTRIAL LIMITED rather than Shenzhen GoTop Watches Co., Ltd, which is worth knowing before a buyer asks.
